 All group classes are currently being offered in person at the Integra Wellness Center Community Room located at 1040 Edgewater Corporate Pkwy, Indian land, SC, 29707, just a few minutes from Ballantyne.
Online sessions are live on Zoom. The virtual classes are interactive, which allows the instructor to interact with each person.

Small-sized classes help the instructor to view and supervise each participant, which allows for a safe practice. 

Private classes are currently being offered either online or at the client's location.

The following group classes are currently being offered. Click here to view a description for each class. All timings below are in EST.

Yoga for Adults

Classes are either 60 minutes or 75 minutes  long and include poses, breathing exercises, and guided meditations to create an environment where physical and emotional healing can occur.
 
Yoga Level 1/Mindful Yoga/Slow paced For Beginners
Thursday 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm at Integra Wellness Center
Wednesday 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm Virtual Live on zoom

Yoga level 2/ Mixed level

Yoga for Youth

​ Classes are 60 minutes long, and include poses, age appropriate breathing exercises and meditation.

Mindfulness Meditation


The mindfulness weekly  sessions will include Mindfulness Meditation for about 20-30 minutes, followed by a talk on a mindfulness related topic and optional group discussion. This session is meant for the individuals who have completed the Mindfulness Meditation 9 week workshop, or individuals familiar with mindfulness, however, beginners are always welcome.

Mindfulness weekly sessions for adults
Thursday 12 pm -1 pm Live virtual on zoom 
There will be short meditation from 12-12:20, followed by a short talk and group discussion at 12:20. You are welcome to drop in for only the talk or meditation/ discussion if you have time restrictions. Our topic of discussion for June will be- The significance of  pausing and how to work on having short mindful pauses during the day. We will also talk about Tara Brach's RAIN meditation and using it to handle strong emotions.

Mindfulness Beginner workshop 6 weeks for Teens
June 9-August 4  Fridays 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm online on zoom. 

We will also meet twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays for optional short meditation sessions on zoom 12:30 pm-12:45pm

Mindfulness Beginner Workshop 9 weeks for Adults 
Saturday 10: 30 am - 12:00 pm
(next session April 22-June 17) at Integra Wellness Center community room located at 1040 Edgewater Corporate Parkway, Indian Land SC 29707.
Recording will be provided for missed sessions

$16 per class(walk-ins)
$60 monthly membership, for weekly yoga
$110 monthly membership for biweekly yoga(can be shared by family members)
$135 a month for unlimited yoga


YOGA AT SCHOOLS
Prices vary at different schools depending on how many weeks the program is offered 
MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
$45 per month for meditation sessions or $12 per session 
$250 Mindfulness Meditation 9 week long workshop, with option to pay in 2 installments 

$210 Mindfulness Meditation 6 week long workshop for teens

DONATIONS
Your donations help provide yoga and mindfulness to the underprivileged populations. We also support different charities that provide food, and shelter to the homeless. We also used donations to bring Yoga and Mindfulness sessions to Title 1 schools in Charlotte. No amount is too small.

​Private  and Semi-Private sessions
​for Adults and Kids

There are several reasons that private sessions are a better choice for some individuals. Sometimes there are special needs or medical concerns that prevent people from engaging in a group class. Or sometimes the goal is having the know-how on alignment and sequencing so that you can practice on your own at home. Some people prefer the individual one on one guidance that helps them focus specifically on their goal, for example, to strengthen the back or to have a strong digestive system. For some others, its all about convenience and doing it at their own time.
