​Integrating mind, body, and spirit for a blissful you

 All group classes for adults are currently being offered in person at the Integra Wellness Center Community Room located at 1040 Edgewater Corporate Pkwy, Indian land, SC, 29707, just a few minutes from Ballantyne. Youth classes are also offered at additional locations
Online sessions are live on Zoom. The virtual classes are interactive, which allows the instructor to interact with each person.
Small-sized classes help the instructor to view and supervise each participant, which allows for a safe practice. 
Private classes can be offered either online or at the client's location.

Yoga for Adults
All classes include poses, breathing exercises, and guided meditations to create an environment where physical and emotional healing can occur. Location:  1040 Edgewater Corporate Parkway, Indian Land, Sc 29707.

Yoga Level 1- Gentle, for Beginners or practitioners looking for a slow paced practice
Monday 6:30 - 7:30 pm (online )
Tuesday 7:30 - 8:30 am (online)
Wednesday 11:00 am-12:00 pm (in person)

Mixed  level -Blend of slow and fast paced practices- all levels welcome
Saturday 9:15 am-10:15 am ( in-person)
Thursday 7:30-8:30 am( online)

Level 2 -Flow yoga, some experience with yoga required
Sunday 8:00-9:00 am (online)

Mindful Yoga -poses done very slowly and mindfully with rest between poses
Wednesday 6:30 -7:30 am (in-person)
Saturday 7:45-8:45 am(online)

​Private  and Semi-Private sessions
​for Adults and Kids

There are several reasons that private sessions are a better choice for some individuals. Sometimes there are special needs or medical concerns that prevent people from engaging in a group class. Or sometimes the goal is having the know-how on alignment and sequencing so that you can practice on your own at home. Some people prefer the individual one on one guidance that helps them focus specifically on their goal, for example, to strengthen the back or to have a strong digestive system. For some others, its all about convenience and doing it at their own time.
