 All group classes for adults are currently being offered in person at the Integra Wellness Center Community Room located at 1040 Edgewater Corporate Pkwy, Indian land, SC, 29707, just a few minutes from Ballantyne. Youth classes are also offered at additional locations
Online sessions are live on Zoom. The virtual classes are interactive, which allows the instructor to interact with each person.
Small-sized classes help the instructor to view and supervise each participant, which allows for a safe practice. 
Private classes can be offered either online or at the client's location.

Yoga for Adults
All classes include poses, breathing exercises, and guided meditations to create an environment where physical and emotional healing can occur. Location:  1040 Edgewater Corporate Parkway, Indian Land, Sc 29707. 
Yoga Level 1/Mindful Yoga/Slow paced For Beginners
Tuesday 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm (online and in-person)
Thursday 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm (online and in-person)
Yoga level 2/ Mixed level 
Saturday 8:00 am-9:00 am at (online and in-person)
Saturday 10 am- 11 am in person

Wednesday 10:00 am-11:15 am (in-person)
Yoga for Kids (ages 6-11)
​ Classes are 60 minutes long, and include poses, age appropriate breathing exercises and meditation.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation Workshop Saturday 11: 30 am - 1:00 pm May 17 (9 weeks)
Offered Online and in-person, recordings will be provided for missed sessions, and will be available for a month​
Learn how to establish a regular practice and  incorporate mindfulness skills in your day to day life with this beginner mindfulness workshop. We will learn what exactly mindfulness is( and what it is not), strategies to calm the mind prior to our meditation practice, explore ways to establish a daily practice, and learn mindfulness skills that can be used in our day to day lives. A formal mindfulness does not mean sitting still with our eyes closed, if that is not the best option for you. We will learn how to tailor your personal practice to meet your needs. We will explore mindful walking, mindful conversations, and mindful eating. We will understand how to manage stress and anxiety with mindfulness. We will learn strategies on addressing difficult emotions and repetitive thoughts when they arise in the practice.

Mindful Moms Workshop Wednesday 7 pm - 8:00 pm May 22 -July (6 weeks)

Being a mom is not easy! Learn mindfulness strategies that will help you navigate the emotional ups and downs that come with motherhood. Emotions like stress, worry, guilt, anxiety and fear can bog you down and keep you from living to your fullest potential. Giving your children the time they deserve while managing  your own busy schedule can leave you worn out, or unable to enjoy motherhood. So how do you find balance? Mindfulness teaches us to turn inwards, to tend to your self with compassion and understanding so that you are better able to tend to your child's needs. This skill needs practice, and a support group which is exactly what this workshop offers. We will learn to develop a short(or long if you have the time) daily practice,  learn the skill of mindful communication, ways to center and ground yourself, understand your own feelings/needs and healthy ways to express them. We will do journaling exercises, have discussions and much more!  

Investment
YOGA FOR ADULTS AND YOUTH
$18 per class(walk-ins)
$75 monthly membership, for weekly yoga
$110 monthly membership for biweekly yoga(can be shared by family members)
$135 a month for three times a week.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
$250 Mindfulness Meditation 9 week long workshop, with option to pay in 2 installments 
$120 Mindful Moms workshop- 6 weeks long workshop for moms of tots and teens.

$210 Mindfulness Meditation 8 week long workshop for teens
DONATIONS
Your donations help provide yoga and mindfulness to the underprivileged populations. We support different charities that provide food and shelter to the homeless. We also use donations to bring Yoga and Mindfulness sessions to Title 1 schools in Charlotte. No amount is too small.

​Private  and Semi-Private sessions
​for Adults and Kids

There are several reasons that private sessions are a better choice for some individuals. Sometimes there are special needs or medical concerns that prevent people from engaging in a group class. Or sometimes the goal is having the know-how on alignment and sequencing so that you can practice on your own at home. Some people prefer the individual one on one guidance that helps them focus specifically on their goal, for example, to strengthen the back or to have a strong digestive system. For some others, its all about convenience and doing it at their own time.
