Experience peace, deep relaxation, and inner balance with traditional  gentle Hatha Yoga practices, pranayama, and guided meditation. Led by Tasneem, Registered Yoga teacher and Mindfulness Instructor.

The practice of Yoga and mindfulness helps children relax and unwind after a busy day. It helps them learn to focus, the skill of emotion regulation and stress management at an early age.
